A load management system that manages the load of operators performing operations with multiple casting devices, said load management system being equipped with multiple casting devices and a load management device electrically connected to the multiple casting devices, and the load management device being equipped with a processing unit and a display. A target number of products to be manufactured is allotted to each of the multiple casting devices, and an operating time in accordance with the manufacturing process for the products to be manufactured is set in advance in each of the multiple casting devices. The processing unit calculates for all of the casting devices the product of the target number of products and the operating time for each of the multiple casting devices, and displays the result of the calculation on the display so as to correspond to each of the multiple casting devices. Thus, the effect is that a manager can grasp an operator's load in accordance with the time. |
