Embodiments of the present invention provide an information sending method, a base station and a network system. By obtaining quality indication information of a received signal, the base station determines whether to forward a signal soft value or a signal hard value for other base stations to perform combination of multi-cell signals. Embodiments of the present invention can obtain most soft combination or selective combination gain among cells, while greatly reducing data transmission traffic; and obtain gain of a system capacity to the maximum extent under a requirement of specified transmission traffic among cells. |
