摘要 The invention relates to medical technology. The technical result is the creation of a surgical laser system for carrying out low-invasive surgical operations on bio tissues with ablation of hydrated bio tissue to a required and controllable depth. The surgical laser system comprises three lasers, a programmable controller, an input/output unit, mirrors, forming optics, an optical system for transporting laser radiation and an optical surgical instrument. The first laser is intended for ablating hydrated tissue, the second laser is intended for hydrating bio tissue and both lasers contain processors, each of which is connected to a power supply unit of its corresponding laser and to a power supply unit of a cooling system and to the programmable controller of the surgical laser system. The third laser is intended for irradiating bio tissue in the area being operated on and is connected to the programmable controller via the power supply unit of the laser and via the power supply unit of a cooling system. The programmable controller is connected by the inputs thereof to the input/output unit and to an actuating mechanism, and also to an inclinometer and to photo sensors, which are built into the optical surgical instrument, for recording the radiation from the third laser that is diffusely reflected from the bio tissue.
