A system and a method are described comprising the flowing of a gaseous working medium (131) into an inlet (111) of depressurizing means (110), reducing a pressure of the gaseous working medium having flowed into said depressurizing means (110), the flowing of the depressurized working medium (132) out of an outlet (112) of the depressurizing means (110), converting at least a portion of the energy released during the pressure reduction by the depressurizing means (110) during the depressurizing of the gaseous working medium, the gaseous working medium (131) flowing into the inlet (111) of the depressurizing means (110) in a substantially horizontal manner, and the depressurized gaseous working medium (132) flowing out of the outlet (112) of the depressurizing means (110) in a substantially horizontal manner. |
