<p>The present invention relates to a CMOS image sensor including a color microlens, in which the color characteristics of the microlens are improved by substituting a microlens made of a transparent material with a material having characteristics similar to those of a color filter, and to a method for manufacturing same. According to the CMOS image sensor including a color microlens and to the method for manufacturing same, according to the present invention, the color characteristics can be improved, and the entire process can be simplified because a process for forming a color filter and a microlens can be performed at a time and thus a process for flattening and adjusting a height difference is not additionally required. Also, the interface between the materials disappears as light passes therethrough, and thus reflection and refraction can be reduced, thereby enhancing optical efficiency.</p> |
