The positioning part (211) comprises a first extended part (212) that is extended from an edge of the optical film (210) and a first extended part (213) that is connected with the first extended part (212). The positioning piece (220) is disposed adjacent to the optical film (210) and fixed on the backplane (280). The positioning piece (220) comprises a main part (221) and a pressure-holding part (222) that is connected with the main part (221). On the main part (221), a groove (223) accommodating the first extended part (212) is disposed, and the pressure-holding part (222) presses and holds the second extended part (213) on the backplane (280). The display device (200) does not need to use a tape to locate the optical film (210), which prevents the dislocation and escape of the optical film (210) during the assembling and transport and prevents a waving phenomenon.</p>
