<p>One aspect of the present invention provides a light emitting device package which includes a package substrate, blue and green light emitting devices which are mounted on the package substrate, a flow preventing unit which is formed on the package substrate and substantially surrounds the blue light emitting device, and a wavelength converting unit which includes a red wavelength material, is formed in a region defined by the flow preventing unit, and covers the blue light emitting device. According to the embodiment of the present invention, obtained is the light emitting device package capable of emitting white light with high color reproduction.</p> |
