PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp hair cosmetic having improved characteristics of firmness and stiffness, a uniform feeling and a smooth feeling of hair.SOLUTION: A scalp hair cosmetic is blended with acetylated hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof, hyaluronic acid and/or salt thereof, and hydroxyethyl urea.
