SPRAY REPAIR MATERIAL USING USED BRICK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray repair material using efficiently a used MgO-C waste brick and having corrosion resistance and slag resistance equivalent to or higher than conventional magnesia-dolomite.SOLUTION: Used MgO-C waste brick is finely crushed and blended so that the content of MgO-C waste brick having a particle diameter become 75 μm of 1 to 15 mass% based on the whole spray repair material composition. Also sodium silicate and first calcium phosphate are used as binders.
