PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development excellent in low temperature fixability.SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises: a non-crystalline polyester resin; and a compound satisfying the following conditions (1) and (2) or at least one compound selected from a group consisting of two types of phenolic compounds expressed by other formulae, by 1 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less. The conditions are: (1) the compound includes a structural formula (X) as a partial structure; and (2) a ratio (A/B) of the number of carbon atoms constituting the aromatic ring to the number of carbon atoms not constituting the aromatic ring in the carbon atoms included in the molecule is 0.2 or more and 1.5 or less.
