<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting leads of an electric device, which is capable of accurately determining existence or nonexistence of each lead and fastening or unfastening of each lead without any influence of noises of regions near the leads.SOLUTION: The inspection method comprises: a step S110 of capturing images of lead portions of an electric device; a step S120 of measuring at least one value of height and brightness of each interest region of the leads in the images of lead portions; and a step S130 of determining whether each lead is existent or nonexistent by comparing the height values of the interest regions of the leads with each other.</p> |
