<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate control of a radio communication system where a logical path is established via a base station having restricted control function.SOLUTION: A radio communication system CS comprises a user device UE, a first base station eNB1, a second base station eNB2, a third base station PhNB, a gateway apparatus GW, and an exchange MME. A user plane path is established between the user device UE and the gateway apparatus GW via the third base station PhNB. During the handover from the first base station eNB1 to the second base station eNB2, the first base station eNB1 adds the identifier of the third base station PhNB to a handover request message and transmits the handover request message to the second base station eNB2. The second base station eNB2 transmits, to the third base station PhNB, a base station changeover notification message indicating that the radio connection destination of the user device UE has been changed over to the second base station eNB2.</p> |
