<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of obtaining more diagnostic information on a part of a tooth row or gums from the same frame data.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing apparatus 1 includes: a turning arm 30 for supporting an X-ray generator 10a and an X-ray detector 21, in a state that they are faced with each other across a head M10; and a moving mechanism 200 for turning the turning arm 30 around the head M10 using a pivot 31 as the central axis and relatively moving the turning arm 30 around the head M10 in a direction perpendicular to the pivot 31. The X-ray photographing apparatus also includes: an image processing part 801b for creating an X-ray image based on an electric signal output by the X-ray detector 21; and a photographing region designation part 610 for designating a part of a tooth row along a dental arch as a pseudo-intraoral photographing region. The image processing part 801b creates a plurality of tomographic images by applying an overlapping method and a filtered back projection method to X-ray image data obtained by pseudo-intraoral photography.</p> |
