PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite metallic material that combines high heat dissipation and low thermal expansion, and is suitable to a heat radiation material such as a heat sink.SOLUTION: A high heat dissipation low thermal expansion composite metallic material is constituted such that a high thermal conductive metal powder such as an oxygen free copper powder is charged in a pore interior of a lotus type porous metal that comprises a low thermal expansion metal such as Fe-36% Ni, and is sintered. Especially, porosity of a lotus type porous metal is made 20-60%, thereby heat dissipation and low thermal expansion that are very excellent are realized. |
