The purpose of the invention is to provide a method for producing (meth)acrylic-modified polybutadiene free of coloration and clouding without using a tin compound. This method for producing (meth)acrylic-modified polybutadiene is characterized in that a (meth)acrylic acid ester and polybutadiene having a terminal hydroxyl group are reacted in the presence of an organic aluminum compound. A compound represented by formula (I) (in the formula, R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent linear or branched C1-C30 alkyl groups), for example, is preferred as the organic aluminum compound. |
