The bearing unit (2) has a stator unit (16) and a rotor assembly (14) supported over a rotor-side bearing (18A), a tower-side bearing (18B) and a bearing housing. The stator unit is fastened with the bearing unit at a machine carrier (12) of a wind-power plant and the rotor assembly. A rotor flange and a stator flange are fastened with a rotor hub (10). An inner ring and an outer ring are provided at the rotor assembly and the stator unit. A fixed stop part is formed in a case such that a front team circle (32) is formed over the bearings, the rotor assembly and the stator unit.
