摘要 The present invention relates to a positive electrode for a lithium air battery containing a carbon-based material that contains the oxidation reduction catalyst of oxygen as a positive electrode active material, the catalyst being doped with platinum (Pt) and ruthenium (Ru), porous manganese dioxide, and a carbon-based material at a mass ratio of 2:(0.7-1.3):(0.7-1.3), and a method for manufacturing the same. The positive electrode for a lithium air battery according to the present invention reduces the overvoltage in an oxygen reduction reaction and an oxygen generation reaction so that lithium air secondary batteries can be manufactured with improved charging and discharging characteristics.
