The high voltage direct current transmission-coupling unit (30) has a computing unit (23) and a measuring unit (14,15,16) which is equipped for detecting the operating parameters of the alternating current voltage-energy supply networks (17,18,19) to be coupled. The computing unit is equipped for each of the alternating current voltage-energy supply networks for calculative simulation of a rotary flywheel mass (50,60,70) such that the speed of the flywheel mass is proportional to the actual frequency of the alternating current voltage-energy supply networks. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a high voltage direct current transmission-coupling method for coupling two alternating current voltage-energy supply networks with each other; and (2) a computer program with a program code unit.
