The invention refers to equipment and process for making more efficient the processing of industrial polluting toxic residues, which is characterized in that it comprises a device for burning residues and combustible waste materials of high calorific power, for generating calorific energy for heating the air and transferring heat, which is adapted to be connected to the lower portion of a heat reactor-exchanger with a distillation column where the industrial toxic residues to be treated are located; said heat reactor-exchanger has a container with a central agitator driven by a motor for agitating the content of toxic residues to be treated; the lower duct, where the burner is connected, is helicoidally extended around the wall of the container through which the hot air and combustion gas of the lower burner is conducted for heating at high temperatures the toxic residues, having a hot air and combustion gases outlet; a distillation column is mounted in the upper portion of the contai ner and has a distilled water outlet arranged from a flow condenser to a distilled water deposit, and a lower duct with a discharge valve for discharging muds; said reactor-exchanger comprises means for reading the temperature in different points so as to monitor the same. |
