The present invention relates to a convenient fluid testing device for a customer to test whether a fluid product is a genuine good or not. According to the present invention, the fluid testing device comprises: a power storage part including a first conductor plate, and a second conductor plate separated from the first conductor plate and insulated electrically; a power supply part electrically connected to the first conductor plate and the second conductor plate to apply an electric potential between the first conductor plate and the second conductor plate; a calculating part for measuring the charge amount accumulated in the power storage part when applying the electric potential, and for calculating the relative dielectric constant of the fluid filled between the first conductor plate and the second conductor plate from the measured charge amount; a determining part for comparing the calculated relative dielectric constant with a standard relative dielectric constant stored in advance; and a display part for displaying the compared result. |
