PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the holding forth of a cylindrical capacitor by preventing a capacitor holder from being detached from a printed wiring board in a capacitor holder and a capacitor holding structure that hold the capacitor on the printed wiring board while laying it on its side.SOLUTION: A holding section 5 is a pair of thin pieces projecting along a cylindrical surface from both right and left ends of the upper surface of a fixing section 3 and forms an opening 5A between the upper ends. In the fixing section 3, a recess portion 3A having a cylindrical surface-like inner wall connected to a cylindrical surface-like inner wall of the holding section 5 is formed and a capacitor is held by each cylindrical surface-like inner wall. On both right and left end surfaces of the fixing section 3, fitting grooves 3E passing through the fixing section 3 in the longitudinal direction are respectively formed and fit the inner wall surfaces of holes formed on the printed wiring board. Since a wall 3C is erected between portions of the fixing section 3 where each fitting groove 3E is formed, the portions are restrained from coming close to each other and the holding force of a capacitor 40 is increased. |
