PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell module capable of extracting electricity from a collection wire even when an upper electrode and a lower electrode are brought in contact at each photoelectric conversion element during cutting of a roll state solar cell module.SOLUTION: The thin-film solar cell module includes a configuration in which a plurality of tandem arrays formed by tandemly connecting thin-film solar cells 20 in a width direction of a roll (a first direction) are provided in a winding direction of the roll (a second direction). A separation zone 21 extending in the first direction is provided. The separation zone 21 separates a power generation zone 22 and becomes a marker for cutting. Each separation zone 21 is provided with one insulation part 23. |
