PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a printing job on low electricity charges to reduce electricity charges relating to printing and execute a printing job for a user intending to exactly execute printing without keeping the user waiting until a unit cost of the electricity charges declines, thereby improving convenience of the user.SOLUTION: An image formation device 10 compares a current unit cost (a unit cost of electricity charges) with the threshold (allowable electricity charges) of the unit cost of electricity charges allowing a predetermined printing job to be executed, executes the printing job when the current unit cost is equal to or lower than the allowable electricity charges (before time 210), and stands by for executing the printing job until the current unit cost falls to be equal to or lower than the allowable electricity charges (until after time 210) when the current price is higher than the allowable electricity charges (after time 210 and before time 211). However, a preferential printing job (a preferential printing Job D), even when the current unit cost is higher than the allowable electricity charges, is executed without standing by until the current unit cost declines. |
