An objective of the present invention is to improve a terminal box tab wire connection strength and also to avoid warping and breakage of a translucent insulation substrate. A solar cell module is provided with: a solar cell (1) with a cathode (9) and an anode (10) positioned on one surface thereof; a pair of power extraction tab wires (11, 15) which are connected onto the cathode (9) and the anode (10) of the solar cell (1) with a conductive adhesive layer (16) interposed therebetween; and a pair of terminal box tab wires (24) which are disposed on one surface of the solar cell (1) with an insulating adhesive layer (22) interposed therebetween, one end (24a) thereof being positioned on the cathode (9) and the anode (10) and which connect a terminal box (23) with the pair of power extraction tab wires (11, 15), and in this configuration, the power extraction tab wires (11, 15) on the cathode (9) and the anode (10) are connected to the one end (24a) of the terminal box tab wires (24) with the conductive adhesive layer (16) interposed therebetween. |
