Disclosed is a vessel having a retractable thruster. The vessel having a retractable thruster according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the thruster; a canister coupled to the top portion of the thruster to drive the thruster; a trunk prepared on a hull to form a space where the thruster and the canister are inserted to; and a seawater sealing unit prepared between the inner wall of the trunk and the outer wall of the canister to prevent seawater from flowing into the top portion of the trunk. The seawater sealing unit seals a space between the inner wall of the trunk and the outer wall of the canister by rotating between the inner wall of the trunk and the canister.
