PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage organic waste water treatment system which can effectively treat high-concentration organic waste water without addition of a coagulant.SOLUTION: A multistage organic waste water treatment system 1 is provided with a first treatment part 10 which receives organic waste water first to remove suspended solids. The first treatment part 10 includes an ozone injection device 12 which injects ozone into a treatment tank 11 storing the organic waste water, and a scum collecting mechanism which collects scum S generating inside the treatment tank 11.
