PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner sealing device for manufacturing a package with a corner seal part in a series of packaging processes.SOLUTION: A corner sealing device which is provided midway in transportation of a belt-like film 21 in a packaging machine and forms corner seal parts 45, 46 at predetermined positions on the belt-like film 21. The corner sealing device is equipped with: disc rollers 55, 65 which push in and fold corner seal part formation portions; and rotary heater rollers 56, 66 constituted of paired rollers which are disposed on a downstream side just behind the disc rollers 55, 65. The film portions folded by the disc rollers 55, 65 are heated and pressure-applied by the rotary heater rollers 56, 66 and are consequently heat-sealed, whereby the corner seal parts 45, 46 are formed. |
