PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast structure which allows the area and height of an evacuation place to be easily changed while maintaining earthquake resistance and tsunami resistance.SOLUTION: A precast structure includes a foundation part 2, a plurality of independent structures 3 which is installed on the foundation part 2 and arranged at intervals in a span direction and a ridge direction, a roof part 4 which is installed on the plurality of independent structures 3 and constitutes an evacuation place, and two outside staircases 5 which connect the foundation part 2 and the roof part 4. Each independent structure 3 is formed by stacking a plurality of precast boxes 11 made of precast concrete in a perpendicular direction. |
