<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication device of a continuously variable transmission which effectively blocks heat generation of the surface and the like of an endless transmission element by injecting lubricant on the basis of an injection position obtained by consideration of a heat generation position of the endless transmission element and restricts lubricant amount to the necessary minimum.SOLUTION: A lubrication device of a continuously variable transmission includes a pulley and an endless transmission element (belt) 10c to be wound to the pulley, gives and receives a driving force between the pulley and the lubrication device and transmits the driving force to an output shaft when proceeding along an active arc through an idle arc. Therein, winding starting points 10a4 and 10b4 to pulleys 10a and 10b of the endless transmission element 10c are set as a first target position, active arc starting points 10a5 and 10b5 are set as a second target position and lubricant is injected toward the first and second target positions.</p> |
