According to a locked screen content advertisement method to solve the objective of the present invention, the method includes: a content display step in which a mobile terminal displays a first content on a screen enabled in a lock state; a content profile list transmission step in which the mobile terminal transmits a content profile list including whether the first content is displayed or not to a content advertisement accounting apparatus; and a content advertisement accounting step in which the content advertisement accounting apparatus charges an advertiser of the first content by using the received content profile list. According to the present invention, a new advertisement content channel displaying an advertisement content in a mobile terminal can be provided. And a new advertisement content channel displaying the advertisement content on the locked screen of the mobile terminal efficiently can be provided without giving displeasure to a user.
