The present invention relates to an offline settlement system using a smart phone and an offline settlement method thereof. An offline settlement system of the present invention includes: a member store terminal (100) which is comprised in an offline store, and transmits a previously established member store ID and an ID of a member store POS terminal to an authentication server (300) together with product information inputted from a clerk; a smart phone (200) which transmits the member store ID and the ID of the member store POS terminal read out by tagging a tag comprised in an offline store through an NFC, to the authentication server (300); and the authentication server (300) which relays settlement approval by transmitting the member store ID, the ID of the member store POS terminal and the product information to a financial company server (400), in case the member store ID received from the member store terminal and the smart phone member coincide with each other. According to the above present invention, the authentication server can perform settlement without personal information of the user in case of settlement at an offline store, by relaying settlement approval through authentication of the member store ID and the ID of the member store POS terminal received from the member store terminal and the smart phone by the authentication server. The system of the present invention can perform settlement without reception of a settlement unit, by receiving settlement approval completion information, after the terminal comprised in the offline store transmits the member store ID, the ID of the member store POS terminal and product information to the authentication server (300). The system can perform settlement without handing over the settlement unit to a clerk of the store, by transmitting the member store ID and the Id of the member store POS terminal read out from the tag comprised in an offline store through NFC tagging of the smart phone by a user to the authentication server, and the user can perform settlement without handing over the settlement unit to the clerk of the store, by transmitting the member store ID and the ID of the member store POS terminal read out from a tag comprised in the offline store through NFC tagging of the smart phone to the authentication server. |
