The present invention relates to a method for providing a discount service using a mobile device capable of being used offline promptly and maximizing convenience of a user and profit of an advertiser. The method of the present invention includes the steps of: giving an identification number for a licensee and a sale unit; performing ARS guiding in case of call connection in a mobile device of a user; completing consent for commission charging of the user; inputting and processing the identification number in a discount processing system; performing charging payment of the commission through a charging payment part; and generating an authentication code for an individual licensee and the sale unit. Therefore, the user can use the discount service promptly on the spot. |
