The objective of the present invention is to easily adjust at least one between the brightness ratio and a beam interval of a split laser beam by using a general purpose mirror and to provide a laser apparatus which helps reduction in costs. To achieve the objective, the laser apparatus (10A) of the present invention comprises a plurality of mirrors (44, 46) for splitting a laser beam (LB) into split laser beams (LB1, LB2) and a condensing lens (52). The mirror (46) is arranged to be in at least one state between a forward or backward movable state so that incident flux of the laser beam (LB) on the corresponding mirror (46) can be changed and a tiltable state so that an incident angle of a split laser beam (LB2) reflected by the corresponding mirror (46) on the condensing lens (52) can be changed. |
