According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device which comprises: a substrate; a thin film transistor which is formed on the substrate and includes an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; an organic light emitting element in which a pixel electrode connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor, an intermediate layer including a light emitting layer, and a counter electrode disposed to face the pixel electrode are laminated; and a cathode contact portion in which a first contact layer formed on the same layer as the active layer in which ion impurities are doped and a second contact layer which is formed with the same material as the source electrode and the drain electrode and connects the first contact layer and the counter electrode are formed.
