The present invention relates to a tire vulcanizing mold vulcanizing a green tire in tire manufacture and, more specifically, to a tire vulcanizing mold which improves productivity by reducing the time required for preheating a vulcanizing mold by reducing the heat loss of molds and segments exposed to the outside air when the vulcanizing mold is opened. In the tire vulcanizing mold, an upper side mold (2) is fixed on an upper plate (1), and a lower side mold (4) is fixed on a bottom plate (3). A mold sector (5) forming a tread of a tire (100) by being in contact with the upper and lower side molds (2, 4) or being separated from the upper and lower side molds (2, 4) is installed and fixed on a segment (6). The segment (6) is formed to be slid vertically along an inclined side (7a) of an outer ring (7). High temperature heat spraying nozzles (8) for consecutively spraying a heat source into the inner space of the opened vulcanizing mold when the vulcanizing mold is opened are built in at equal angles. |
