The present invention relates to a cleaning liquid of a stainless steel sheet and a cleaning method using the same and, more specifically, to a cleaning liquid of a stainless steel sheet which is capable of preventing a stain generated when cleaning a pickling liquid which remains on the surface of a pickled stainless steel sheet. The present invention provides the cleaning liquid of a stainless steel sheet comprising hydrogen peroxide and water, and of which the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) is 400 [mV] or more in comparison with a standard hydrogen electrode.
