Disclosed in the present invention are a pre-fetching method for a flash memory device and a recording medium in which the method is recorded. According to an aspect of the present invention, the pre-fetching method for a flash memory device which supports command queuing includes: a step of analyzing target request commands for pre-fetching to check dependent requests having dependency on other request commands; a step of rearranging the request commands by moving one or more late-coming requests having a later order than the dependent requests to a dependency section between dependee requests on which the dependent requests depend and the dependent requests based on the order of the request commands; and a step of providing the request commands of which the order is rearranged for the command queue of a memory device. According to the present invention, the pre-fetching method capable of increasing the number of requests which can be inputted into the command queue at the same time by moving requests independent from dependent requests among the dependent requests is suggested for a flash memory device which supports command queuing, thereby enabling a plurality of queued commands to use flash chips in parallel and accordingly raising the processing rate.
