The present invention relates to a clamping device for an injection molding machine. The clamping device for an injection molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a mold opening and closing cylinder which includes a fixed template and a moving template which opens and closes a mold while moving relative to the fixed template and opens and closes a mold by moving the moving template by hydraulic pressure; a piston rod which moves the moving template according to hydraulic pressure inside the mold opening and closing cylinder; and a connection unit into which the piston rod is inserted and which is fixed to the moving template by a pin.
