A digital differential analyser comprises two or more stores Ra, Ya, each having associated therewith an arithmetical unit Rb, Yb. As shown, the circuit forms a digital integrating device wherein Ya holds the integrand, and increments dy are fed to the arithmetic unit Yb which forms a recirculatory arrangement with Ya. The number stored in Ya and the dy increments are also sent to unit d and combined in suitable manner to form f(y,dy) which is fed to a gate e fed with increments dx to cause f(y,dy) to be added to the number stored in Ra. The rate of overflow of Ra is such that dz is a function of y.dx. The output feeds an external store giving the integrated value z.
