The present invention relates to a device for cooling molten fly ash for a coal gasifier. More specifically, molten fly ash that is generated when a combustible material is combusted is cooled is solidified so that the molten fly ash is adsorbed on the inner circumferential surface of a gas outlet and the pipe path of the gas outlet is not blocked. To this end, the device for cooling molten fly ash for a coal gasifier is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the gas outlet of the coal gasifier that comprises: a body in which a combustible material is combusted; and the gas outlet that is installed at the top of the body and discharges a synthetic gas that is generated from the combusted material. By means of the device, the temperature inside the gas outlet is reduced so that the molten fly ash that is scattered from the body towards the gas outlet is solidified. The device for cooling molten fly ash for a coal gasifier comprises: a plurality of gas inlet holes that are formed along the edge of the outer circumferential surface of the gas outlet; a cooling pipe that wraps around the outer circumferential surface of the gas outlet and has a plurality of cooling gas holes formed correspondingly to the gas inlet holes; and an inlet pipe that has a pipe path through which a cooling gas is fed towards the inside of the cooling pipe.
