The present invention relates to a device for emulsifying and extracting a resin. More specifically, the device comprises: a first fixing unit that has a spatial part therein and has a first installation hole formed at one side thereof; a second fixing unit that is separated at a particular distance from one side of the first fixing unit, has a spatial part therein, and includes a second installation hole that is formed to correspond to the first installation hole; a rotating path that is connected with the spatial part of the first fixing unit and the spatial part of the second fixing unit in order to be capable of being rotated so that a waste resin is pyrolyzed; a feeder for feeding the waste resin; a transferring unit that is equipped in the first fixing unit in order to transfer the waste resin that is fed in the feeder into the rotating path; a first heating means that is formed to wrap around the outer side of the rotating path in order to pyrolyze the transferred waste resin by heating the outer side of the rotating path; a second heating means for pyrolyzing the transferred waste resin with the first heating means by heating the inside of the rotating path; and a discharging unit that is formed to be connected with the spatial part of the second fixing unit so as to discharge the waste resin as the waste resin is pyrolyzed. By means of the present invention, the waste resin is dissolved and pyrolyzed. The waste resin is heated on the outer side and the inner side of the rotating path so that the dissolving time of the resin is reduced and the pyrolysis time thereof is also reduced. The temperature of the rotating path is uniformly maintained so that the waste resin can be transferred and discharged while the pyrolyzed state of the waste resin is maintained. Accordingly, work efficiency is improved. |
