The invention relates to a method for evaluating a sample of a patient and to a computer program product useful for performing the method of the invention. The invention provides an easy to use method to obtain a combined score of a plurality of p markers based upon their differential upregulation or downregulation in a sample or patient of interest relative to a control sample or subject.
