The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of magnolia flower tea and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of magnolia flower tea which prevents thin and delicate white magnolia flower from being destroyed or browning in a dark color thereby maintaining a bright and clear color and an original shape. A manufacturing method of magnolia flower tea of the present invention comprises: a harvesting step for picking magnolia flower buds surrounded by bud scales before petals open and harvesting; a drying step for heating the magnolia flower buds from which the bud scales are not removed and drying the magnolia flower buds; and a petals opening step for removing the bud scales after the drying step and then opening the petals. |
