A portable sensor for detecting heavy metal according to the present invention comprises a sensing electrode having a rotating member connected thereto; a rotating member for transmitting a rotational force; a slip ring having the effects of intermitting electric signals and preventing abrasion; and a potentiostat connected to the slip ring for supplying voltage to the sensing electrode. The portable sensor removes bubbles generated on the surface of the sensing electrode as the rotating member rotates.
