PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mirror circuit which has small variations in an output current with respect to variations in a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A current mirror circuit 5 includes a second duplicate current generating circuit J2 adapted to generate a second duplicate current which is obtained by duplicating a second drain current of a transistor M12 at a second rate, and a first duplicate current generating circuit J1 provided between a connection node Q1 into which a reference current and the second duplicate current flow and a ground and adapted to generate a first duplicate current which is obtained by duplicating a first drain current of a transistor M11 at a first rate.
