According to the present invention, a central management system of renewable energies for cooling and heating is capable of operating a control module and a heat pump using the electricity derived from a solar power generation and a wind power generation. By using the fluid, water or other fluids inside a thermal storage tank warmed up by the solar heat energy, wintertime heating can be conducted, while operating a heat pump to support additional heating. Cold fluids, water or other fluids, of the cooling tank cooled by a heat pump driven by air or geothermal heat, are used for cooling in summertime. The fluids inside the thermal storage tank during extremely cold winter can be heated by solar thermal equipment to blow a hot wind into the machine room of the heat pump, in order to constantly and effectively operate the heat pump without stopping. Moreover, remaining power remained from operating the control module and the heat pump operated by the solar and wind power generation, necessary electricity can be linked to the remaining energy to reduce the electricity costs. |
