PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making hydraulic power generation device of remarkably high commercial value.SOLUTION: In a hydraulic power generation device having a rotary portion 1 submerged under water, and rotated by water flow, and a power generating portion 2 generating power by rotation of the rotary portion 1, the rotary portion 1 has a rotary shaft portion 3 horizontally disposed, and a rotary body 5 disposed on the rotary shaft portion 3 in an orthogonal state, and a plurality of blade bodies 4 for rotating the rotary body 5 by receiving water flow are annularly arranged when observed from a side direction, at a prescribed position of the rotary body 5, and further a flow velocity changing portion 6 is disposed to make a flow velocity of the water flow kept into contact with the blade body 4 positioned at an upper region P1 of the rotary body 5, different from a flow velocity of the water flow kept into contact with the blade body 4 positioned at a lower region P2. |
