A purification device (100) for heating and purifying dirty liquid, comprises heating vessel (1), inlet valve for feeding liquid into chamber of vessel, outlet valve for discharging liquid from vessel, and gas overpressure valve (200) for discharging gas located in chamber, where valve control unit, inlet valve, outlet valve and overpressure valve is mechanically engaged via valve control unit such that in operation of vessel, during heating of liquid, up to a limit gas pressure which can be pre-set by valve control unit in heating chamber, inlet valve can be operated in open position. A purification device (100) for heating and purifying dirty liquid, comprises a heating vessel (1) for heating the dirty liquid, at least one inlet valve for feeding the dirty liquid into a heating chamber of the heating vessel, at least one outlet valve for discharging the dirty liquid from the heating vessel, and at least one gas overpressure valve (200) for discharging gas located in the heating chamber, where at least one valve control unit for mechanically controlling the valves, the inlet valve, the outlet valve and the gas overpressure valve being mechanically engaged with each other via the valve control unit such that in operation of the heating vessel, during heating of the dirty liquid, up to a limit gas pressure which can be pre-set by the valve control unit of at least one atmosphere within the heating chamber, the inlet valve can be operated in an open position and the outlet valve and the gas overpressure valve can be operated in a closed position in each case by the valve control unit, once the limit gas pressure (has been exceeded, the inlet valve can be closed by the valve control unit and the outlet valve and/or the gas overpressure valve can be opened by the valve control unit, and if the gas pressure, having exceeded the limit gas pressure, then falls below the limit pressure, the outlet valve and/or the gas overpressure valve can be closed again by the valve control unit and the inlet valve can be opened again. In the device, at least one electrical heating system for heating the dirty liquid in the heating chamber is provided, comprising at least one conductor arrangement, with electric current being able to be passed through the conductor arrangement. An independent claim is included for method for producing a clean liquid from a dirty liquid, involving: providing the purification device; connecting the purification device to a liquid circuit; subsequent putting into operation of the purification device. |
