The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin panel that is used for interior-finishing materials, lightweight structures, lighting devices, etc. A wooden membrane (11)-wrapped synthetic resin panel is composed on the rear surface of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin plate (10), wherein an adhesion surface is formed by compression between the wooden membrane (11) and the transparent synthetic resin plate (10) by impregnating low-viscosity EVA adhesion liquid (12) diluted with water and toluene. The wooden membrane (11)-wrapped synthetic resin panel can be manufactured by laminating a synthetic resin film (15) on the rear surface of the adhesion surface of the wooden membrane (11) without stacking a pair of the transparent synthetic resin plates (10) in a sandwich type. According to the present invention, in manufacturing the wooden membrane (11)-wrapped synthetic resin panel, the wooden membrane-wrapped synthetic resin panel can be manufactured without stacking the synthetic resin panels in a sandwich type, enables close adhesion while minimizing solvent remaining in the adhesion surface, can inhibit adhesion defects such as bubbles remaining in the adhesion surface effectively. |
