The present invention provides a handrail device and a baby carrying vehicle having the handrail device. The handrail device comprises side handrails, a front installation member set and an operating part, the side handrail comprises an installation groove having an opening frontward and a locating hole communicating with the installation groove, the front installation member set comprises a conjugation tube inserted into the installation groove and a positioning pin positioned in the conjugation tube, the conjugation tube comprises a through hole corresponding to the position of the locating hole, the positioning pin passing through the through hole and is snapped in the locating hole, an operating part is positioned on the handrail and corresponds to the position of the positioning pin and is capable of moving relative to the side handrails to drive the positioning pin to disengage with the locating hole, therefore, the front installation member set can be disassembled from the side handrails or assembled on the side handrails quickly and conveniently, and the handrail device and the baby carrying vehicle having the handrail device have an advantage of high safety. |
